Ankit Alfred is visiting Chutka village in Mandla district of Madhya Pradesh where he meets Balram Yadav who tells him that Gram Sabha has paased a resolution that they do not want to give land for proposed Atomic Power Plant but Collector of Mandla came to their village few days back and threatened by saying that if they do not give land she will get them arrested. He suspects administration playing a foul game with majority adivasi villagers.
