A complaint had been sent on 11 April 2013 to the Joint Director, Central Bureau of Investigation, Chennai by Thiru.P.Pugalenthi, Advocate, Chennai to probe in to the irregularities in the supply of nuclear reactors and other components for the Kudankulam Nuclear Power Plant (KKNPP) by Rosatom, Russia.
